For years, I told myself (and everyone around me), “I’ll be a millionaire by the time I’m 40.”
I imagined myself earning £10K months, working for myself, and living a life of financial freedom.
But a couple of years after my 40th birthday, reality looked very different.
💡 I wasn’t where I wanted to be.
💡 I hadn’t hit my income goals.
💡 I felt like I’d wasted so much time, starting and stopping, trying different things, only to end up back at square one.
I could have told myself, “It’s too late.”
I could have believed, “If it hasn’t worked by now, it never will.”
But instead, I made a different decision - I decided to go all in anyway.
🚀 Fast forward 18 months, and I’ve built a brand-new online business from scratch and generated over £100,000.
🚀 Now, I’m scaling even further with digital products to create passive income.
🚀 I’m finally on the path I’ve been dreaming about for years.
And I want you to know - this is possible for you too.
If you’ve ever felt like:
📌 You’re running out of time to succeed
📌 Your past failures mean you’ll never “make it”
📌 You don’t have what it takes to build something successful
I’m here to tell you: You are not too late. You have everything you need to start today.
Here’s how I did it - and how you can, too.
One of the hardest things I had to do was let go of everything that wasn’t working.
📌 The business ideas that drained me but never took off.
📌 The fear of failing again.
📌 The belief that success was only for “other people.”
Instead of forcing things that weren’t aligned, I took a step back and asked:
💡 What am I actually good at?
💡 What do people always ask me for help with?
💡 How can I use my skills to build a business that supports my life - not one that consumes it?
For me, the answer was tech and systems—something I’d always been passionate about but never thought to monetise.
Lesson: Sometimes, the thing that will make you the most money is already inside of you.
Ask yourself: What do I already know that I could turn into a business?
If I had listened to every doubt, opinion, and criticism, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
✔️ People told me I should just “stick to a secure job.”
✔️ Some thought I was crazy for starting something new after trying so many 'hair brained schemes'
✔️ Even my own self-doubt told me, “What if this fails too?”
But here’s the truth: No one else is living your life. No one else is paying your bills. No one else is responsible for your happiness.
So I stopped explaining myself. I blocked out the noise and started building anyway.
💡 Lesson: You don’t need approval from anyone to start building the life you want.
Ask yourself: What would I do if I stopped caring about what other people think?
One of the biggest mistakes people make when starting an online business?
Spending months (or years) building something before making a single sale.
If you want to replace your job or create financial security, you need cash flow first.
That’s why I started with an online service-based business.
✔️ I helped business owners set up their tech & automation.
✔️ I booked my first clients within weeks, not months.
✔️ I had income coming in almost immediately.
Lesson: If you need money now, start by offering a service based on what you already know.
Ask yourself: What can I offer today that someone would pay for?
Once I had consistent income from my service-based business, I knew I wanted to create something that didn’t rely on trading my time for money.
That’s when I started selling digital products.
📌 Why? Because digital products allow you to:
✔️ Create once & sell on repeat - without being stuck in client work.
✔️ Make money in your sleep - literally waking up to Stripe notifications.
✔️ Scale without burnout - because you’re not tied to an hourly rate.
At first, I didn’t have a huge audience. And that’s okay.
Lesson: You don’t need a massive following - you just need a simple offer and a way to sell it.
Ask yourself: What knowledge do I have that people would pay to learn?
Not every day was easy.
💡 There were moments I wanted to quit.
💡 Days where I doubted myself.
💡 Times when sales were slow, and I questioned everything.
But the difference between those who succeed and those who don’t?
📌 They keep going.
📌 They show up even when no one is watching.
📌 They don’t wait for the “right time” or the perfect plan - they just start.
Lesson: The only way to fail is to quit. Keep going.
Ask yourself: What if I just didn’t give up this time?
I know what it’s like to feel stuck, frustrated, and like time is running out.
I know what it’s like to wonder, “Is this even possible for me?”
And I know what it’s like to wake up one day and realise:
📌 I don’t want to waste another year wishing things were different.
📌 I don’t want to let fear or doubt stop me.
📌 I don’t want to look back with regret, knowing I never gave myself a real shot.
If you’re feeling that way too - this is your sign.
✨ Start today.
